Skillfully handcrafted in Montegranaro, Italy, the MADDOX presents a construction which can only be found in high-luxury brands, with the upper made with the finest full grain calfskin and stitched to a high-quality soles, for extra durability, flexibility and comfort.
The dimensional, tonal-black finish is the result of a meticulous artisanal process, which starts from the hand-dyeing of natural crust leather and sees additional layers of dye gradually applied by hand once the shoe is stitched together. The beautiful brown patina inserts enlighten the upper, emphazising the perfection of the elaborate stitching.
Everything is in the detail, and some things can be felt but not seen – the cotton thread, cushion footbed, arch support, calfskin lining, leather reinforcements – to ensure excellent comfort and durability.
