Handcrafted in Italy and constructed from vegetable-tanned buffalo leather, hand-buffered and hand-polished to create luxurious nuances and shades.
To create a distressed, urban look, this style also undergoes an exclusive antiquing process called stone washing, consisting of washing the shoe in open washing machines filled with water and pumice stones. The shades of uneven intensity are then emphasised through careful waxing and brushing.
The ROWLEY collection features hand-built, vegetable-tanned, multi-layer leather outsoles. For added traction and grip, the leather sole is reinforced with rubber insertions; these soles are lighter and more flexible than rubber soles but offer more traction and grip than traditional leather soles.
