Handcrafted in Italy and constructed from vegetable tanned horse leather, which is hand-dyed, hand- buffered and vigorously brushed, to create a vibrant and luxurious shade of black and enhance the beauty of these precious material. Truly one-of-a-kind.
The upper is BLAKE-stitched to a beautifully welted hand-built water buffalo leather outsoles, cut from the double butt of the hide. The authenticity of the material is confirmed by the characteristic wrinkles and lines that are sometimes visible on the sole, and that we have chosen not to cover with rubber pads.
